We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our trading, logistics, and sales initiatives across our regional hubs in Tanzania. The role involves leading the management of Yara Fertilizer products, driving sales for agricultural equipment, and optimizing our clearing and forwarding operations to ensure seamless business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant working experience in operations or logistics.
Proven experience in trading and sales management within the agricultural sector.
Deep knowledge of clearing and forwarding operations and documentation.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Ability to drive business growth and market expansion.
