REGISTERED NURSES (8 POSITIONS) @ HIGHFIELD PRIVATE HOSPITAL
A JCI-accredited 200-bed private hospital located in Al Qusais, Dubai, is seeking 8 Registered Nurses for their Medical-Surgical Ward. Operational since 2010, the hospital is conveniently situated near Dubai Airport and is easily accessible via the metro. This recruitment drive is for both day and night shifts, with immediate start dates through March 2025. The roles involve working in a fast-paced environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 during days and 1:8 during nights. Salary is AED 8,000–12,000/month based on experience.
The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including furnished shared accommodation or a housing allowance, transportation via hospital bus or allowance, and 30 days of paid annual leave with a round-trip ticket to your home country. Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (minimum 3-year program).
Valid DHA license OR DHA eligibility letter with application number.
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate hospital experience.
BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross accepted).
Clear background check from home country.
Passport valid for a minimum of 18 months.
Strong proficiency in English medical terminology.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.
Clinical proficiency in Medical-Surgical ward procedures.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
