FUEL OFFICER @ HESU INVESTMENT LIMITED
HESU Investment Limited, an integrated logistics solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fuel Officer. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence by overseeing the complete lifecycle of fuel management, from procurement and storage to final reconciliation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that fuel records are impeccably maintained and that all transactions are processed through our integrated SAP system to provide real-time data visibility.
In addition to technical management, the Fuel Officer will be tasked with analyzing consumption patterns to identify efficiency opportunities and minimize wastage across our logistics operations. The role requires regular collaboration with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to safety standards and organizational protocols. You will be expected to support internal audits and contribute to a culture of innovation, integrity, and safety within our growing logistics team in Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Purchasing and Supplies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fuel management or a related role.
Hands-on experience with the SAP system is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the Employment and Labour Relations Act (ELRA).
Strong understanding of occupational health and safety protocols.
Demonstrated ability to generate accurate consumption and trend reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to minimize fuel loss.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
