HR ASSISTANT @ HEROCEAN ENTERPRISES TANZANIA LIMITED
Herocean Enterprises Tanzania limited is currently inviting applications from motivated and competent candidates for the position of HR Assistant. This role is central to the efficient functioning of the Human Resources department, involving a variety of administrative and support tasks. The successful applicant will assist in the recruitment cycle, from advertisement to interview coordination, and will be responsible for the meticulous maintenance of employee records and HR databases. Beyond recruitment, the HR Assistant will support the onboarding of new staff, manage attendance tracking, and provide necessary documentation for payroll processing. Candidates must demonstrate a good understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and possess strong organizational skills. This position offers a competitive salary between TZS 300,000 and 500,000. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a similar HR role.
Basic knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
Competence in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Ability to assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support documentation.
