Herocean Enterprises Tanzania Ltd is seeking a professional Driver based in Mkuranga, Pwani. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of staff, visitors, and goods while ensuring timely trips and full compliance with traffic laws. This role requires conducting daily vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and keeping accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance tasks. The driver will report accidents or mechanical issues immediately and assist with loading and unloading activities while monitoring the validity of vehicle documentation.
The position offers a salary of TZS 500,000 during the 6-month probation period. Candidates must possess a valid driving license and a relevant academic background in logistics or engineering. Key Requirements
Valid driving license
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Transportation, Automobile Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Basic Motor Vehicle Driving Certification required
Minimum 2 years’ professional driving experience
Defensive Driving Certificate (Added advantage)
Basic vehicle maintenance skills
Ability to conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
Proficiency in keeping records of fuel, mileage, and maintenance
Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
Ability to assist with loading/unloading and monitor vehicle documentation validity
