Herocean Baizhuo Technology Tanzania LTD is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the Building & Construction sector, focusing on PVC pipes and ceiling boards. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, visiting project sites, and building lasting relationships with contractors and distributors.
In this role, you will be expected to achieve consistent sales targets, prepare professional quotations, and negotiate pricing effectively. You will also monitor market trends and provide daily reporting to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge. This position is based in Temeke, Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of sales experience
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license preferred
Knowledge of construction materials market
Negotiation and closing skills
Excellent time management abilities
