SALES EXECUTIVE – PVC PIPES & CEILING BOARDS @ HEROCEAN BAIZHUO TECHNOLOGY TANZANIA LTD
Herocean Baizhuo Technology Tanzania Ltd is currently seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to spearhead the sales efforts for our premium PVC pipes and ceiling boards. In this role, the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in expanding our market footprint within the construction materials industry, specifically focusing on building and strengthening professional relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and various project stakeholders throughout the region. The incumbent will be responsible for executing sales strategies, monitoring competitive market dynamics, and ensuring that our product line remains the preferred choice in the construction sector.
Furthermore, the role involves day-to-day engagement with contractors, plumbers, and developers at active project sites. You will be expected to prepare detailed quotations, manage price negotiations effectively, and provide consistent feedback to the logistics department to ensure superior service delivery. The environment is fast-paced and rewarding, requiring an individual who thrives on hitting ambitious targets and contributing to the overall growth of our construction material portfolio in the Tanzanian market. Please note that the remuneration for this position is between 500,000/- to 1,000,000/- TSH depending on experience.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven sales experience in PVC pipes, plumbing, or building materials
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to travel to various project sites and dealer locations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills to monitor market and competitor trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger sales team
Professional demeanor with a high level of customer service orientation
