ACCOUNTANT (WITH HR BACKGROUND) @ HERMAN EMMANUEL
We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Accountant with an HR background to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our financial records while simultaneously overseeing essential human resource functions to ensure organizational efficiency. This position offers a professional environment for growth and requires a versatile professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced setting. Salary: TSh 1,000,000 Gross per Month. The role involves maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and administrative excellence. You will work closely with management to ensure that all internal policies, labor laws, and tax regulations are strictly followed. Ideal candidates will be those who demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in both financial and personnel matters.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting and HR functions.
Knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processing, statutory deductions, and HR administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to handle multi-disciplinary tasks effectively.
Capacity to learn and implement new company accounting software quickly.
Strong attention to detail for financial auditing and payroll accuracy.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to improve operational workflows.
