The role involves managing online platforms, verifying customer transactions, and maintaining precise records within the company's core systems to support the overall financial health of the Mwanza branch. Key duties include daily bank reconciliations, the issuance of receipts, and the coordination of cash and cheque deposits. The Finance Officer acts as a bridge between the customers, intermediaries, and the head office, communicating any discrepancies and ensuring that all remittance advice is properly documented. As part of a well-established regional insurer, the successful candidate will contribute to the company's reputation for stability and reliability by upholding rigorous financial controls and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
