PRODUCTION COORDINATOR @ HERITAGE FOODS
Heritage Foods is seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator to join our team in Wondergarden, Moshi. We specialize in producing over 200 products derived from East Africa's native foods, working directly with 1,500 small-scale farming households to ensure fair premiums and sustainable supply chains. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between farm-level operations and our processing kitchen.
As the Production Coordinator, you will oversee essential operational pillars, including the buying season coordination, farmer payment facilitation, production scheduling, and management of our kitchen and preparation teams. Since the food manufacturing sector is emerging in Tanzania, we prioritize hiring individuals with strong core abilities and a willingness to learn.
