Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Demonstrated integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Knowledge of procurement policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance standards.
Professional certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSP) is considered an added advantage.
Experience in engineering or manufacturing procurement processes is a plus.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives effectively.
