The OTR Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, expanding distributor networks, and promoting OTR (Off-The-Road) tire solutions for mining, construction, and industrial clients in Tanzania. This role involves strategic business development and engagement with major stakeholders in the heavy equipment sector.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in OTR tire sales, mining tires, or related industrial sales.
Strong network with distributors, mining companies, and key business clients.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently as a consultant in a remote setting.
Deep understanding of the heavy equipment and construction tire market.
Expertise in technical tire specifications and applications.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitors effectively.
High proficiency in reporting and sales forecasting.
