AFFILIATE MANAGER @ HELABET
Helabet is expanding in Tanzania and looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager to drive our partnership efforts. You will be tasked with building a robust network of affiliates, managing relationships, and ensuring that our brand reaches a wide audience through effective partner channels. This role is central to our growth strategy in the region, requiring a mix of sales, marketing, and relationship management skills.
The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing partnerships for better performance. You will need to stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Key Requirements
Experience in Affiliate Marketing or a similar performance-based role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the Tanzanian market and audience behavior
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet KPIs
Previous experience in iGaming or digital entertainment is a plus
Ability to recruit and onboard new affiliate partners effectively
Familiarity with affiliate tracking systems and reporting tools
Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset
Excellent relationship-building skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
