Key Requirements
OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline
0–1 year experience in any field (insurance experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Currently residing in Lagos
Ability to conduct financial assessments and risk analysis for clients
Skill in developing personalised financial plans and recommendations
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
High level of motivation and professional integrity
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
