HEAMEDA HOSPITAL is seeking a qualified Pediatrician to join our dedicated healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being within our community health facility.
As a key member of our medical staff, the Pediatrician will diagnose and treat various childhood illnesses, monitor growth and development, and provide guidance to families regarding preventative health measures. Key Requirements
Degree in Medicine from a recognized university
Valid medical license to practice in Tanzania
At least 2 years of clinical experience in pediatrics
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health records
Commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare standards
Compassionate approach to working with children and parents
Ability to handle emergency pediatric situations
