HEAMEDA HOSPITAL is looking to appoint a Human Resource Officer to manage our administrative and personnel functions. The HR Officer will support the hospital management by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and policy implementation within our busy healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will ensure that our staffing needs are met and that all personnel practices comply with labor laws. We are looking for an organized professional who can manage sensitive information with discretion and support our staff to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a hospital setting
Solid understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to facilitate training and orientation sessions
Experience in talent acquisition and performance management
