SERVICE LEARNING COORDINATOR @ HAVEN OF PEACE ACADEMY
The Service Learning Coordinator will oversee the daily coordination and smooth operation of the school’s Service-Learning Program. This role involves managing logistics, supporting teaching staff, and facilitating partnerships with local community organizations and NGOs. The coordinator will be instrumental in operational planning for the Service Emphasis Week and providing instructional support through peer observations to enhance the overall student experience.
Beyond program management, the candidate will contribute to wider student life initiatives as assigned by school leadership. Key Requirements
Commitment to evangelical Christian values
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Development Studies or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or program coordination roles
Strong organizational and planning skills
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Kiswahili
Good understanding of Tanzanian culture and NGO environments
Ability to work effectively with diverse student groups
Proven track record in project management
Strong interpersonal communication skills
