BROILER FARM MANAGER @ HARISH M OPTIFIRST
Optifirst is seeking a dedicated and experienced Broiler Farm Manager to oversee large-scale poultry operations in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a farm with a capacity of over 100,000 birds, ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a high level of ownership, responsibility, and discipline to maintain high standards of biosecurity, feed management, and overall farm performance. You will lead a team of supervisors and general workers, fostering an environment focused on profitability and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include tracking and improving critical performance indicators such as the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), mortality rates, and average bird weight.
