LOGISTICS OFFICER @ HANLINK MOTORS
HANLINK MOTORS is looking for a professional Logistics Officer to join our team and oversee critical supply chain operations. The primary focus of this role is bonded warehouse control and managing customs documentation in compliance with TRA requirements. You will be responsible for transport coordination and managing both local and export ex-bonding processes, as well as in-bonding from ICD facilities.
Key duties also include handling motor vehicle registrations and the preparation of number plates to ensure all assets are legally documented. The Logistics Officer will work closely with transport providers and customs authorities to streamline operations and minimize delays. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of logistics regulations are essential for success in this role at Hanlink Motors.

Key Requirements
Significant experience in bonded warehouse control and management.
In-depth knowledge of customs documentation and TRA procedures.
Proven ability to coordinate transport and logistics for heavy machinery.
Experience in managing ex-bonding for both local and export markets.
Familiarity with in-bonding procedures from Inland Container Depots (ICD).
Knowledge of motor vehicle registration processes and number plate preparation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
Ability to work effectively with customs officials and transport vendors.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
