BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP TRAINEE @ HANDINHANDEA
The Business Relationship Trainee will support the implementation of HIHEA TZ program activities within assigned communities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This role is fundamental to the organization's mission of poverty alleviation through enterprise development and community empowerment. The successful candidate will focus on community mobilization, enterprise development, stakeholder engagement, and supporting beneficiaries to establish sustainable economic activities across various regions in Tanzania.
Key responsibilities include creating awareness of HIHEA TZ programs, identifying and recruiting potential program participants, and providing ongoing support to community groups to ensure long-term cohesion and project sustainability. The incumbent will also serve as a vital link between the organization and local stakeholders, including government agencies and other NGOs, while contributing to rigorous monitoring and evaluation through data collection and the documentation of project impact. The role requires a high degree of mobility and a proactive approach to field-based development work.

Key Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Community Development, Social Sciences, Agribusiness, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in community practice, social development, or social enterprises.
Strong understanding of peri-rural development and micro-financing principles.
Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with rural and peri-urban communities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license and practical riding experience.
High integrity, positive attitude, and proven ability to work as an effective team member.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel and work in any region of Tanzania as required by organizational needs.
