ENUMERATOR @ HAND IN HAND EASTERN AFRICA
Hand in Hand Eastern Africa is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Enumerators to join our team for the INUA II Project. This role is crucial for our community development initiatives, involving systematic data collection to monitor project progress and evaluate impact across our operational areas. Successful candidates will be responsible for gathering accurate field data, conducting interviews, and ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
The Enumerators will work across the regions of Iringa, Singida, and Manyara. You will be expected to engage with local community members and project beneficiaries, upholding the values and standards of Hand in Hand Eastern Africa. Key Requirements
Proven experience in field data collection or community surveying
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel within Iringa, Singida, or Manyara regions
Proficiency in data collection tools and digital platforms
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Fluency in Swahili and ability to translate to local dialects
Strong organizational skills for managing field reports
Commitment to project timelines and deadlines
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
