FINANCE OFFICER (10 POSITIONS) @ HALOTEL
Halotel is currently seeking 10 motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, and collaborating across various departments to ensure expense sheets are fully reconciled. You will play a critical role in our financial health by analyzing data, preparing cost-reduction strategies, and ensuring that all departmental expenditures align with approved budgets.
The successful candidate will ensure that all financial documentation is stored safely and handled according to company protocols. You will be expected to work closely with various teams to handle trade invoices, process purchase orders, and oversee BTS fuel-related terms and conditions. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify financial discrepancies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Strong analytical and critical problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Effective email and professional communication skills.
Basic understanding of ERP system data entry.
Ability to manage purchase orders and trade invoice reconciliations.
Experience in monitoring departmental budgets.
