OPERATIONS OFFICER - 3 POSITIONS @ HALO PESA
The Operations Officer at Halo Pesa will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of systems, transactions, and digital financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and ensuring the stability of services by managing incidents and performing routine system health checks. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and external payment partners to ensure seamless service delivery and high-level operational efficiency.
Beyond routine monitoring, the role involves active participation in operational process improvements, system integrations, and UAT activities. You will be expected to generate accurate reports, maintain standard operating procedures, and adhere to strict compliance guidelines. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Telecommunications or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, fintech, payment services, telecommunications or banking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good Microsoft Excel skills.
Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in shifts when required.
Familiarity with mobile money, digital financial services, or e-wallet ecosystems.
Experience in documentation, report writing, and maintaining SOPs.
