BICYCLE FINANCE COORDINATOR @ HALLMARK RECRUITMENT
The Bicycle Finance Coordinator will play a critical role in facilitating financial access for customers by managing bicycle financing partnerships in Mwanza, Tanzania. This is a field-oriented position that requires a proactive individual who can effectively bridge the gap between financial institutions, community partners, and the end customer to ensure the successful delivery of financial products.
Key responsibilities include overseeing customer mobilization, guiding applicants through the KYC and financing processes, and managing loan portfolios to ensure healthy repayment rates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building strong relationships with SACCOs, cooperatives, and VSLAs, while maintaining meticulous documentation and reporting on all field activities and customer interactions.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Microfinance or related field.
1–2 years' relevant experience in credit, microfinance, lending, collections or field operations.
Knowledge of KYC, credit processes and repayment follow-up.
Strong Excel, English and Kiswahili skills.
High integrity and professional ethics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for field work.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Ability to build relationships with community partners.
Attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.
