Hakuna Matata Bookings Limited is seeking dedicated and skilled Comis Chefs to join our Food & Beverage Department in Manyara. As a Comis Chef, you will work closely with senior chefs to prepare high-quality dishes, manage food prep, and ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food safety protocols, and assisting in inventory management. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Comis Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
Basic understanding of various cooking methods and procedures.
Knowledge of food health and safety regulations (HACCP).
Ability to work effectively as part of a kitchen team.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Strong attention to detail in food presentation and prep.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs.
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
