Haddypro Company Limited is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Officer to join its team. This role is crucial for managing inventory efficiently and maintaining accurate stock records. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of goods, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching items, ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse. The Warehouse Officer will also play a key role in ensuring warehouse safety and compliance with all regulations. Coordination with logistics, procurement, and technical teams is essential for seamless workflow. Additionally, maintaining meticulous warehouse documentation will be a core responsibility, contributing to operational transparency and efficiency.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems is an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills to manage complex inventory.
Excellent communication skills for team coordination.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a warehouse environment.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
