DIGITAL MARKETER @ GYMSPADORIS FIT
We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial role in identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend based on performance, and brainstorming innovative growth strategies to enhance our brand's reach. Salary for this position is N100,000 - N200,000 per month. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experiences across various touchpoints and optimize user funnels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to create high-converting landing pages and work with external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Your contributions will directly impact our ROI and KPIs, helping the company achieve its digital marketing goals through experimentation and conversion testing.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) best practices.
Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external agencies.
Creativity in brainstorming and executing growth strategies and conversion tests.
