The Maintenance Manager will meticulously plan, organize, and oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance schedules to significantly minimize operational downtime, supervising and evaluating maintenance staff, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Furthermore, the role demands a strong adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards, effective management of maintenance budgets, and the ability to identify and implement cost-effective solutions for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in maintenance operations or management
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office Suite for reporting and planning
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in supervising, training, and evaluating maintenance staff
Ability to manage maintenance budgets and control costs efficiently
Thorough understanding and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
