This role is a permanent position designed for professionals with a solid background in construction projects, specifically within the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating formwork and shutters for concrete structures, ensuring all work meets the high-quality standards required for industrial infrastructure.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Must be currently in Qatar and available for a company transfer.
Ability to join the company immediately.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural blueprints and drawings.
Skilled in constructing, erecting, and stripping formwork for various structures.
Knowledge of different shuttering systems such as Peri and Doka.
Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
Physical stamina to work in demanding outdoor construction environments.
Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood or metal materials.
Basic communication skills to coordinate with the site supervision team.
