We are looking for dedicated Helpers to provide essential support to our skilled tradesmen at our construction sites in Al Hilal, Qatar. The Helper role is vital for maintaining the flow of work, assisting Shuttering Carpenters, Masons, and Steel Fixers with material handling, site preparation, and general labor tasks. This is a permanent position within the Oil & Gas industry.
Applicants must be based in Qatar and available for an immediate company transfer. This role is suitable for individuals from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Kenya who are physically fit and eager to work in a professional industrial environment. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of general experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Valid Qatar residency with ability to perform a company transfer.
Available for immediate start.
Ability to assist skilled craftsmen such as masons and carpenters.
Proficiency in loading and unloading construction materials safely.
Capability to clean and prepare work areas to maintain site safety.
Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
Strong physical health to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Willingness to follow instructions from site supervisors diligently.
Consistent attendance and punctuality for daily shifts.
