GTC International Logistics Co. Ltd is looking for energetic and motivated Sales professionals to join our team in the logistics industry. The role focuses on customer acquisition and expanding our current market presence in Dar es Salaam. Candidates are required to work out of our office located at Mtaa wa Sikukuu & Narung’ombe, opposite Tropical Hotel.
The primary responsibility for this role is to bring your own customer contacts and build a loyal client base. You will coordinate with our operations department to ensure that services are delivered seamlessly to your clients. This is a results-oriented position that requires high levels of self-motivation and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Salary is competitive and based on experience.

Key Requirements
Must bring their own customer contacts
Proven experience in sales within the logistics or freight sector
Ability to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
