GSS Group is seeking a motivated and target-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at the Johannesburg branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and driving sales growth within the electronic security sector. You will be expected to manage client relationships and ensure that all sales targets are met with precision and professionalism.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations by managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the branch's overall success. Key Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for administrative tasks and reporting. Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse customers. Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to be self-managed and take initiative in identifying new sales opportunities. In-depth knowledge or prior experience within the Electronic Security Industry. Experience in managing inbound sales inquiries and preparing professional quotations. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. High level of organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities. Basic understanding of CRM software to track and manage the sales pipeline.
