STORE MANAGER (1 VACANCY) @ GROWUPWY
We are looking for a professional Store Manager to join our team in Tanzania. This individual will be responsible for overseeing inventory, supply chain logistics, and the overall management of our storage and distribution facilities.
Key responsibilities include stock control, managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The manager will lead the store team to ensure efficient operation, adherence to inventory policies, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods.

Key Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
At least 4 years experience in store or warehouse management
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Deep understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
Proven ability to maintain accurate records
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills in English and Swahili
