PROCESS OPERATOR (2 VACANCIES) @ GROWUPWY
We are currently seeking 2 diligent Process Operators to join our production facility in Angola. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing equipment, monitoring production flows, and ensuring that all operational protocols are strictly followed to maintain high quality standards.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and demonstrate a commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, reporting technical issues to supervisors, and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime in the production line.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent technical certificate
Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production role
Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to stand for long periods
Attention to detail in monitoring production outputs
Experience in line balancing and optimization
Team player with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
