FILLING & PACKING OPERATOR (2 VACANCIES) @ GROWUPWY
We are hiring 2 Filling & Packing Operators for our Angola facility. The role involves managing the final stages of the production process, specifically the filling of containers and the packaging of finished goods for distribution.
Operators must ensure that all products meet quality specifications before they are packed. This includes monitoring packaging machinery, verifying labels and batch codes, and maintaining a clean and organized work area to comply with food and beverage safety standards.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a filling and packing role
Ability to operate automated packaging equipment
Basic understanding of hygiene and quality standards
Strong focus on production efficiency
Physically fit for repetitive manual tasks
Ability to follow strict safety and environmental regulations
Strong observation skills to detect defects
Effective communication with line supervisors
Basic numeracy skills for recording production data
Willingness to work rotating shifts
