LOAN OFFICER @ GREENLIFE MICROFINANCE
GreenLife MICROFINANCE is currently seeking motivated and experienced Loan Officers to join our growing financial services team. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing loan applications, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring timely repayment in accordance with company policies. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive work environment and providing opportunities for professional development within the microfinance sector. Candidates will be expected to maintain high levels of integrity and customer service while meeting strict lending targets. Possible work locations include Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Kahama, Mwanza, and Mbeya. Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products and be committed to serving our diverse client base across Tanzania.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounts with IT
Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance
Diploma or Degree in Business Management
Diploma or Degree in Economics & Finance
Diploma or Degree in Education
Diploma or Degree in Insurance & Risk Management
Proven experience in loan portfolio management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets
