AFFILIATE MANAGER @ GREENBET PARTNERS
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to expand our presence in Ghana. You will focus on sourcing and managing partners specifically on a Revenue Share (RS) model, ensuring high-quality traffic and sustainable growth. Your role involves onboarding new partners and providing them with the necessary tools for success. You will utilize your local market knowledge and network to identify the most effective partnership opportunities in the region. This position is ideal for professionals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of partner management, from recruitment to performance optimization. Key Requirements
Extensive experience in affiliate marketing specifically for the iGaming sector.
Deep understanding of the Ghanaian market and its local networking landscape.
Proven track record of managing partners on a Revenue Share basis.
Strong existing network of affiliates and digital marketers in Ghana.
Ability to independently source and onboard high-quality partners.
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven approach to optimizing partner campaigns and traffic.
Excellent communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and reporting software.
Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving growth and performance targets.
