We are seeking a dedicated Affiliate Manager to focus on the Nigerian market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard high-quality partners who can drive growth through a Revenue Share model. You will be expected to leverage your existing network and local market knowledge to build strong, sustainable partnerships. This role is performance-driven and offers bonuses based on the results of the partners you manage. You will provide ongoing support to affiliates and optimize their performance through regular communication and strategic guidance. The role requires a proactive approach to partner management and a deep understanding of the local iGaming landscape. Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian iGaming market and regulatory environment.
Established network of local affiliates and media partners.
Ability to source and manage partners on a Revenue Share (RS) model.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset for tracking and optimizing partner performance.
Ability to work independently and meet performance-based targets.
Fluency in English and local languages relevant to Nigeria.
Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM software.
Goal-oriented approach to building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
