We are looking for a Local Affiliate Manager for Kenya to identify and manage high-quality partners on a Revenue Share model. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the Kenyan market to build a robust network of affiliates who can deliver consistent results. You will be responsible for the recruitment process and for providing partners with the tools they need to succeed in our ecosystem. The role demands a proactive and independent professional who can build strong relationships and optimize traffic quality. This is a performance-based position that rewards success with competitive bonuses. You will monitor market trends and affiliate performance to ensure our programs remain competitive and effective. By focusing on local market needs, you will help us establish a strong presence in Kenya.
Key Requirements
Experience as an Affiliate Manager or Partner Manager in Kenya.
Deep knowledge of the Kenyan iGaming landscape and affiliate trends.
Track record of successfully onboarding and managing partners on RS models.
Strong professional network in the Kenyan digital marketing space.
Self-starter with the ability to manage partner growth independently.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Skill in using data and metrics to drive partner performance improvements.
Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
Familiarity with standard iGaming affiliate tracking software.
Capacity to deliver high-quality partners and maintain sustainable growth.
