We are seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Manager to lead our expansion in South Africa. Your role will focus on recruiting and managing partners who are interested in our Revenue Share model. You will be responsible for ensuring that all partners meet our quality standards and are optimized for maximum performance. This position requires a professional with a strong network in the South African iGaming space and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. You will collaborate with partners to develop strategies that drive growth and increase our market share. The role is focused on building long-term value through sustainable partnerships and offers bonuses for high-performing affiliate managers. You will handle all aspects of onboarding and provide ongoing strategic support to ensure partner success.
Key Requirements
Substantial experience managing affiliates in the South African market.
Solid understanding of the iGaming industry and affiliate marketing dynamics.
Proven capability in onboarding partners to Revenue Share (RS) programs.
Strong existing relationships with major affiliates and media buyers in South Africa.
Exceptional communication and account management skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners.
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Technical knowledge of affiliate tracking and attribution models.
Determined approach to hitting performance targets and driving growth.
