SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER (CIVIL) @ GREEN VALLEY HR
A Senior Planning Engineer (Civil) is urgently required for a well-established contracting company operating in Dubai. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop project schedules, monitor progress, and provide detailed reporting on project performance to senior management. You will use advanced planning tools to ensure that civil engineering projects stay on track and that potential delays are identified and mitigated early in the project lifecycle.
This position requires a high level of expertise in construction sequencing and resource planning within the context of the UAE's fast-paced construction environment. The Senior Planning Engineer will collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and time management. Successful candidates must have strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight project deadlines while maintaining accuracy in all planning deliverables.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction planning.
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Extensive experience working on civil construction projects in the UAE.
Proven ability to create and manage complex project schedules.
Strong skills in delay analysis and claim support.
Excellent reporting skills for senior management and clients.
Capability to perform Earned Value Analysis and progress monitoring.
Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
Ready for immediate deployment or joining on short notice.
