Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
Proven experience in post-contract roles within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
Expertise in cost reporting and budget management.
Ability to measure works accurately according to industry standards.
Strong negotiation skills for dealing with subcontractors and clients.
Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail in reviewing contractual documentation.
