QA/QC MANAGER @ GREEN VALLEY HR
We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Manager to join our reputable contracting firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure that all construction activities meet both internal standards and client specifications. You will oversee quality control inspections, manage quality documentation, and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with UAE industry regulations.

You will work closely with project teams to resolve any quality-related issues and provide training on quality standards. Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
Significant experience in QA/QC management within the UAE construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management standards.
Certified Lead Auditor qualification is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Experience in developing and implementing Quality Plans.
Ability to manage a team of quality inspectors and engineers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting.
Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating quality risks.
Immediate availability for work in Dubai.
