Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 18 years of total experience in the civil engineering field.
Extensive experience specifically with high-rise building projects.
At least 10 years of professional working experience within the UAE.
Profound knowledge of local building codes and UAE construction regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and subcontractors effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
