MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR (POST CONTRACT) @ GREEN VALLEY HR
We are currently recruiting an MEP Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) to join a leading contracting firm in Dubai. This position focuses primarily on post-contractual duties, including cost monitoring, variation management, and final account preparation for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background and specialized expertise in MEP systems.
In this role, you will be expected to provide accurate cost estimations and financial advice to ensure project profitability and contractual compliance. You will work closely with project managers and site engineers to resolve commercial issues and manage subcontractor payments. This is a critical role that requires a professional with strong analytical skills and a firm grasp of the commercial aspects of the UAE construction industry.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 8 years of total professional experience in quantity surveying.
Minimum of 5 years of specific quantity surveying experience in the UAE.
Strong background in post-contract management with a construction contractor.
Expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) system cost management.
Proven ability to handle complex contract variations and claims.
High level of proficiency in MS Excel and industry-standard QS software.
Exceptional analytical and numerical skills for accurate cost estimation.
Knowledge of standard forms of contract used in the Middle East region.
Ability to manage commercial risk throughout the project lifecycle.
