ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR @ GREEN VALLEY HR
We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance activities for our contracting projects in Dubai. The supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project’s technical specifications. You will conduct regular site inspections, coordinate with other trades, and ensure that all electrical systems are installed according to the latest DEWA regulations and international standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in electrical site supervision and a deep understanding of the UAE's electrical requirements for large-scale projects. This role requires strong leadership to drive productivity on-site while maintaining a zero-compromise approach to safety. As this is an urgent requirement, we are looking for candidates who can quickly integrate into our site teams and contribute to the successful completion of our current project portfolio.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Substantial experience as an Electrical Supervisor in Dubai.
Thorough knowledge of DEWA regulations and guidelines.
Proven ability to lead and supervise a multicultural workforce.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and blueprints.
Excellent understanding of site safety and risk management.
Ability to coordinate effectively with other construction trades.
Experience in testing and commissioning electrical installations.
Strong communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
