FTTX PROJECTS COORDINATOR @ GREEN TELECOM LIMITED
Green Telecom Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven FTTX Projects Coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of FTTH/FTTX projects. The coordinator will be the primary point of contact for project planning, field-team coordination, and subcontractor management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial survey and mobilization to construction, testing, acceptance, and final handover. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle complex logistics, material control, and progress reporting in a demanding environment. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams, customers, and management, ensuring all project activities align with strategic goals and quality benchmarks. Travel to various project sites across the country is an essential requirement of the role to ensure active project progress and operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Minimum of two years of professional experience in FTTH/FTTX rollout coordination.
Demonstrated ability to interpret BOQs, network designs, and route drawings.
Proficiency in technical software tools including Google Earth/KMZ and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven track record of managing multiple field teams and third-party subcontractors.
Strong understanding of fiber construction methodologies including splicing and trenching.
Expertise in material control, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation.
Excellent reporting and analytical skills for creating management dashboards.
Deep knowledge of HSE requirements, risk assessments, and work permit protocols.
Ability to solve complex field challenges and manage stakeholder expectations.
Willingness to travel frequently to various nationwide project locations.
