FINANCE EXECUTIVE @ GREEN TELECOM
The Finance Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget control, compliance, and cost management at Green Telecom Tanzania. This role supports the Director of Finance in managing financial operations, optimizing expenses, and ensuring adherence to Tanzanian financial regulations and IFRS accounting standards. The position plays a key role in financial planning, tax compliance, and internal controls, supporting the company’s three business units: ISP, Technology Services, and Network Services.
The successful candidate will oversee the full financial cycle, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting. You will collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies such as the Tanzania Revenue Authority and TCRA to ensure full compliance. Key Requirements
ACCA qualified or CPA
4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and IFRS
Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting
Proficiency in ERP systems like Tally or SAGE Pastel
Experience in telecom or ICT sector finance
Proven ability in revenue assurance and cost optimization
Strong analytical skills for financial modeling
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
High level of integrity and attention to detail
