Great Lion Safaris is seeking ambitious and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professionals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of capturing the wild, leading our sales initiatives, and inspiring international travelers to explore the wonders of Africa. You will be responsible for developing innovative global safari marketing campaigns, cultivating deep-rooted relationships with B2B travel agents, and analyzing complex booking data to refine our strategic growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, identifying new niche market opportunities and effectively driving business expansion through targeted and creative outreach strategies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing high-impact social media and content marketing strategies aimed at international tourists, as well as driving customer acquisition for our unique, curated wildlife experiences. Key Requirements
Certified qualifications in Tourism, Marketing, or Business (Tourism specific degree/diploma required)
Verifiable extensive professional experience in luxury or adventure tourism sales
Proven track record with quantifiable booking results and client acquisition
Exceptional communication skills and a deep passion for African wildlife and conservation
Strong analytical skills to interpret safari booking data and market trends
Proficiency in developing and executing global marketing campaigns
Experience in managing B2B relationships with international travel agents
Ability to identify and penetrate new niche market opportunities
Strong project management skills for logistics and marketing strategy execution
Professional portfolio demonstrating past marketing success and campaign results
