A reputable company engaged in a major Road Construction Project in Geita, Tanzania is looking for a qualified and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee technical aspects of the project. This role is essential for ensuring that all construction activities meet engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising various civil engineering tasks related to road infrastructure development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget, while maintaining high-quality outputs throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
Minimum of ten years of experience in road or civil construction projects.
Strong technical knowledge of road construction standards and regulations.
Proven ability to work in a professional construction environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
